Easy to get appointments; everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have been seen by Drs Barrows and Charkin and both are excellent.

Getting an appointment has been made so much easier by providing on-line appointments. Emergency appointments are also available when required. I have recently had need to talk to a doctor urgently on the telephone, that was very successful and led to prompt diagnosis of my illness and subsequent care. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are all very professional and I am absolutely delighted that this is my doctor's surgery. Keep up the good work.

I have found that both Doctor Chopin, and the two nurses that I have been seen by, very helpful in suggesting different medications etc. It is difficult, sometimes, to get through on the phone to make an appointment but making appointments on-line have improved this no end and is very simple to use. Overall an excellent practice

The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the nurses at the practice are fantastic I have no negative remarks to make. I am happy with the care I receive.
